Ideal Glass replaced a very large pane (almost 4 metres) in our conservatory today, and the whole job was handled brilliantly from start to finish. A big thank you to Josh, George and Barney, who were professional, friendly and efficient throughout. It’s not a small or simple job, but they made it look easy, worked carefully and left everything tidy when they were done. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing glazing work, especially anything more challenging. Thank you again, team!

Just had a 2 windows replaced and couldn't be happier with the results. From Jacob and Barney measuring to Haidee who booked us in and the guys that came to fit (George & Ant) everyone was polite, respectful and did a fantastic job. Really impressed, and know where to go if I need any other windows replaced...thanks to the whole team for making this so easy and stress free.

So happy with our new windows and door. We went for PVC due to cost and were very happy with the top class result. They look smart and pristine. The fitters Josh and George were great. We are mid renovation so some windows were tricky to get at but they weren’t fussed at all, nothing was an issue. I can tell they are experienced. Piece of advice for anyone getting a door, ask about the locks they have and opt for a slightly better one that allows you to unlock from the inside without a key Would HIGHLY recommend.

Ideal Glass is FENSA registered

A FENSA certificate isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a need-to-have. Because the certification means you’re working with a professional company that will meet two legal requirements and provide you with an important level of protection when it comes to your windows and door installation in London. Most people haven’t the time, knowledge, or inclination to check these three things themselves. So, what are they?

A FENSA certificate is your assurance that the installer who fitted your windows or doors has complied with Building Regulations. It also means that your installation(s) will have been registered with the Local Council in London. These are legal requirements, and proof of them is essential when selling your home.

In addition, FENSA certificates issued after 6 June 2014 verify that the installer’s warranty is insured. Reassuring to know if anything goes wrong, and the business gets into trouble.

So remember: you’re not just asking for a FENSA certificate. You’re asking if that window or door installer you’re thinking about using in London is professional, will comply with Building Regs, register your installation, and offer an insured warranty.

That’s why we say the FENSA certificate is all the proof you need of a job done right.
